We’re giving you an exclusive peek into how Salone and Heather start their mornings. You’ll discover the simple yet powerful practices that help them show up as their best selves—at home, at work, and everywhere in between.


Meet Salone Britt, Founder -

“Hi everyone! I have loved this journey of bringing a lifestyle-focused wellness center to Midland and sharing my love for clean living with you all!

I was born and raised in Lamesa, TX, and went to UT Austin for college. While studying at UT, I met my now-husband, James. He introduced me to one of the founders of Branch Basics, Kelly Love. From there is where my love for clean and nontoxic living began. James and I have a beautiful baby boy, Clark, and a pup named Bean 🫘 I have been focusing on healing my body holistically as I have struggled with diagnoses like Graves Disease and other medical conditions. My healing journey is still ongoing but Simply has been a way to teach and communicate with like-minded people!

Our goal here at Simply is to help the Midland community become their healthiest & most vibrant selves! We strive to help educate and empower individuals to take the lead on their wellbeing and make changes to improve their longevity. We are passionate about non-toxic living, preventative healthcare, and doing what we can to help you have a healthy home and family, all while keeping it as simple as possible! 💚”

Meet Heather Claybrook, Medical Founder & PA -

“Hey Simply Community! It has been my privilege to offer you guys top-notch, nourishing, detoxifying, and innovative medical treatments at our wellness center!

I am a local, born and raised here in Midland, TX. I am the wife to Reed Claybrook and the mom to two beautiful girls, Bobbie & Margot 🩷. My background is in Emergency Medicine and Integrative Medicine and I’ve had the privilege of working under incredible doctors within the state of Texas and New York. Curiosity got me into this area of medicine and being cured of Neurologic Lyme disease is what brought me back!”


Salone’s Routine

  1. Wake up, tongue scrape, and oil pull while she makes the bed

  2. Brush teeth with Himalaya Botanique Complete Care Toothpaste

  3. Get dressed and put on Souldeo deodorant (available at Simply)

  4. Tidy kitchen while she prepares a coffee enema (check out our previous blog on coffee enemas here)

  5. Starts scrambling eggs while she rebounds outside

  6. Eats three scrambled eggs with siracha, avocado, and everything but the bagel seasoning

  7. Takes morning supplements

  8. Take Bean and Clark on a morning walk around the neighborhood to get some morning sunshine

  9. Morning skincare routine:


Heather’s Routine

  1. Wake up and drink some water with Quinton minerals (available at Simply)

  2. Tongue scrape

  3. Start the coffee

  4. For breakfast, toast a slice of fresh milled bread and top it with grass-fed butter

  5. Sit or stand outside for 5-15 minutes in the sun (barefoot) while she eats breakfast

  6. Finish making coffee (will either drink black or with a splash of almond milk)

  7. If the kids are still sleeping, she sits and enjoys the silence while sipping coffee

  8. Journal for 10-15 minutes

As two working moms, Salone and Heather strive to maintain morning routines that are attainable, restful, and nourishing. Holistic wellness comes when consistency meets attainability. Mornings are the perfect time to form habits that place you in a calm, refreshed, and clear state.
