  • One of our favorite ways to detox is a good sweat! Infrared saunas work by using near, mid, and far infrared to increase your body temperature at a cellular level. As your body absorbs the infrared heat, you will feel more relaxed and produce a deep, detoxifying sweat.

  • Each sauna session is 30 minutes with the option of sweating it out solo or sweating with a friend in our two person sauna (price is per person). You may not feel as “hot” as you might in your typical dry sauna and it may take a few sessions to open your detox pathways and get the sweat flowing, but rest assured our infrared saunas provide benefits even without breaking a sweat.

FAQ

  • We recommend saunaing at least 1x per week and up to daily for maximum benefit.

  • Please arrive in loose clothing that is easy to put on after your session. Once inside the sauna, you can wear as little or as much as you’d like. A cold/wet towel will be provided to wipe off with and rinse off the toxins.

  • Yes! We have one two-person sauna. Please note, each person will be charged for their session.

  • We do not recommend saunaing while pregnant. If you are breastfeeding, you may use our sauna, but we recommend speaking with your doctor first.
